Q1:What types of currency are accepted?
A:Mostly currencies are acceptable, such as USD, EUR, JPY.
Q 2 :What kind terms of payment can be accepted?
A:Normally we can work on T/T term or L/C term, sometime DP term.
(1) On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment, or against the copy of original B/L for long-term cooperating client.
(2) On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an international recognized bank can be accepted. Please seek the advice from the individual sales manager whom you work with.
Q 3 : Which Incoterms 2010 can we work?
A:We can handle all INCOTERMS 2010 terms, and we normally work on regular terms such as FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, DAP.
Q 4 :How do I make sure that the goods are dispatched on time after payment?
A: We will ask you to visit our factory, and we can also provide you with photos of the goods being shipped.
Q 5 :What is the shipping time after dispatch ?
A:The shipping time for each region is as follows:
Southeast Asia: 7-10 days to the port;
Middle East: 15-25 days
East Africa: about 25 days;
South Africa: 20-40 days;
West Africa: about 45 days;
Europe: 30-40 days;
North America: 12-17 days;
South America: 25-30 days.
