3).The processing of production goes:

Material , rough machining, heat treatment, precision machining, and partial component nitriding treatment before assembling the mold

1). After the mold assembly is completed and test the molding;

Get the finished cap, to measure and test the cap with drawings and matched bottle;

Surface inspection:

If there are any problems such as flash, bubbles, flow marks, etc.;

Physical measurement:

Measurement tools are used to test the physical object, including dimensions, weight, tensile force, and pressure resistance;

Matchmaking and testing with supporting physical objects:

Such as testing whether the finished bottle cap matches the matching bottle, and whether matching or any leakage problem;

If there are some problemsm,and adjust the mould,retesting again until it's matched and no problem;

To express the finished and physical product to clients for final approvel;

1) If it's ok and matched,we will arrange the loading of mould;

2) If get question or issue from client,we will adjust and modify the mould again,and re-installed in machine and re-testing again; express the second tested physical product for final approvel;

And then arrange the loading of mould;
