INSTRUCTION | HB-YD888 is a high wear resistant hardfacing wire, with hardness above 58 HRC, used for hardfacing of wear structual components. The wear resistance is 20-30 times higher than carbon steel and the recommened overlay thickness is 10mm or below. It is suitable for hardfacing of agricultural machinery, mining equipment which need good resistance for abrasive wear, such as hopper, shovel, mud pump and crusher. |

1. Cutting steel strip
Our steel belt is purchased from China's large steel belt factory. We will test the thickness and stretchability of the steel strip. And cutting the steel belt into 9 segments,then connect these steel belt by steel band butt welder, no broken ends.
2. Cleaning steel strip
Get into the ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning the steel strip, and then drying,no water stains on the steel strip.
3. Filling into powder of flux cored welding wires
Firstly, the steel strip is extruded into a U-shaped through the machine,then filling the powder into the steel strip. We have more than 100 kinds of flux cored welding wire, according to the specific purpose to recommend the most suitable flux cored welding wire model. And we can also specialize in the development of customer needs flux cored welding wire. R & D of flux cored welding wire allows customers to test.
4. Drawing forming
Our flux cored welding wire's standard diameter have 1.2mm; 1.6mm; 2.4mm; 2.8mm; 3.2mm; 4.0mm. And we have the CNC machine to control the powder flow, the fluency of welding wires feeding and the diameter. The system of this CNC machine is debugged by our own technical staff, can ensure good wire production efficiency.
5. Packing and finished product's inspection
The packing sizes of our welding wire are 150-250kg/barrel and 15kg/box . Our packing barrels are waterproof, and 4 packets of desiccant are placed in each barrel. In order to protect the wire, it is not easy to damp.
Each barrel (package) welding wire is a whole welding wire, without joint . The welding process has no arcing phenomenon and improves production efficiency.
As well as, o ur quality control personnel will check whether the finished welding wire is qualified every day.
Wodon flux cored welding wire's advantage

In the United States, we have specialized lab to do wear tests. And in Chian, we have the inspection report issued by quality inspection center of Harbin welding insitute of China academy of machinery science and technology. Test team are made of many experience exports with material science bachelor-degree and the leaders with material science master-degree. In our laboratory, there are have a series of equipment to test our products. Such as, Portable Spectrum can test easily the chemical compositon of wear plate surface. And we have a Spectro MAXX to read the chemical composition diretly from the powder.
We use Rockwell hardness tester to test small sample from our wear plate. The test result are very accurate. We also use Portable ultronic hardness and thickness testers to test easily the hardness an thickness of wear parts on the scene.
As well as we have a series of metallography experiment instruments, so the metallurgical microstructure can be analysed. The chromium carbide volume fraction on the microstructure is above 50%.
The steel manufacturing industry, for example, requires wear protection for hoppers, conveyor liners quickly erode without hardfacing protection. And coke injection lin e elbows, alloy hopper, reverse fan box, dust handling system, high blast furnance coke screens, replaceable ID fan housing liners, wood pulp transfer line, log stacker fork liners, mill feed chute liner, flat back elows.
In mining, without hardfacing protection, critical components such as chute liners, front-end loader liners, and wear pads prematurely lose their usefulness due to the impact of silicious matter.
Refuse processing plants use overlay products hydrapulper liners and beaters, screw conveyors, conical section wear liners, baler liners, tub liners, transfer points, fan blades and liners, and ash removal systems.
