1. Q: Are we a factory or trading company?
A: We own three factories. One is for hot rolled steel products: like HR steel flat bar, angle steel, steel channel, HR coils etc. The other is for cold processing: like the slit flat bar, flange plate, slit coils etc. Another is for galvanized processing.
We own a trading company, too. This company covers the sales of most kinds of the steel products, like the steel rebar, wire rod coils, PPGI, CGCC, square bar, steel billet, corrugated sheet ect.
2. Q: Can you provide samples for checking before order?
A: Yes, we can offer you some free samples. You need only to bear the freight cost.
3. Q: How do your guarantee the quality of your product?
A: We have professional inspectors to analyze chemical composition of the raw materials and test the finished products strictly according to standard stipulated in the contract. In this process, two ends appearance, bending degree, fixed length etc, will be checked one by one. You can be assured that all the products you get from us are reliable.
4. Q: What's your MOQ?
A: For steel flat bar, usually 2~3 tons. Then the land transport, the port handling charges, and the sea freight will be higher. So suggest you load 25 tons in 20' container at least.
5. Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For stocks, we can send the goods to loading port within 7 days after receiving your deposit.
For mass production, it takes usually about 15 ~ 30 days after receiving 30% deposit by T/T.
