Product Description
The machine is developed on the basis of digestion and absorption of domestic and foreign (non-gas) pop can filling and sealing machine. It adopts the
normal pressure filling principle
.
When the empty can enters the lifting tray through the pulley, the filling valve is aligned with the empty can, the empty can is lifted and sealed. Meanwhile, the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened. When the filling liquid level blockades the return pipe opening of the valve, the filling stops.
When the filling can conveyed to the sealing machine head by the hook chain, the lid will be sent onto the can mouth by the cover feeder and the pressure head. When the supporting mechanism is lifted, the pressure head tightens the cans. The sealing wheel carries out pre sealing and then solid sealing.
After sealed, the can is pushed out by the beating head of the cap beating mechanism and then enters the can discharging procedure.
