T5 lighting is the latest development in fluorescent technology that is revolutionising both the commercial strip lighting and now
horticultural lighting world. As well as being cheaper to buy, cheaper to replace and cheaper to run than traditional fluorescent
tubes, the T5 High Output (T5HO) versions of these lamps are ideal for propagating young plants. With a 24 Watt Output per lamp,
these tubes are a lot higher output than the old Visi-Lux tubes and perform much better when it comes to rooting cuttings
Each complete T5HO unit is supplied with a ballast, T5HO Sunblaster tube, 2 metre power cable and 30cm 'Daisy Chain' Connector.
This connector allows you to connect up to 8 T5HO ballasts in series - meaning that you only need the one mains plug and that
there aren't loads of cables trailing around your propagation area. Also, unlike many other inferior alternatives, the connection
provided is very robust to ensure you get the maximum use of all your lights all the time. The T5HO Sunblaster Propagation Light
is 60cm in length.
These light come with a 240v 3-pin plug extension and also a daisy-chain link to allow up to 6 x lamps to be run in series from
the same mains lead.
T5 Full spectrum lighting with 6400 Kelvin of lighting temperature.A Kelvin rating is based on "the rising sun" and 6400K's is
giving you a 2:00pm temperature. This means that it is ideal for the gardening enthusiast as it contains the perfect lighting
spectrum to start your seedlings, initiate faster rooting time on cuttings, assist in supplying long-term lighting and valuable
supplementary lighting. Each fixture comes with our patented "link-system cable" that allows you to "link" your fixtures in-line
with only one power cord. Up to 8 fixtures can be safely run off 1 power cord reducing outlet usage or pricey purchases of power
bars.
