Main Customized Steel Silo types
Different types of silos matching specific requirements, Our engineers shall select the most suitable silo structure for your projects considering project process needs, site situations and purpose for economical investment.
(1) Bolted silo
Bolted steel silo is a new type silo which can be used after modular processing and molding, and then transported to the construction site, assembled and linked with bolts.
(2) Spiral folded silo
Spiral silo refers to the silo which is made by spiraling the steel plate with a certain width into the rolling equipment during construction.
(3) Welded steel silo
Large welded steel silo, which is mainly made of welded steel plate, is a self-developed independent silo type in the continuous development of China's steel silo industry. The effective diameter of the welding steel silo can reach tens of meters, the silo body is cylindrical, the top of the silo is spherical, and the wall of the silo is in the form of steel frame.
(4) Galvanized corrugated bolted silo
The galvanized corrugated bolted steel silo is usually used for grain receiving, storage, unloading, and recycling, it plays a role of balancing the production process, ensuring continuous production, saving manpower, and improving mechanization degree.

The simulation and optimization design of large bolted steel silo is carried out with structural calculation software such as ANSYS and STAAD. we fully consider the differences of national standards, uses international standards and professional industry software such as STAD PRO and SAAP2000, and uses finite element analysis to produce effective structural calculations.
