A2:We are a factory was founded in 2008. Specializing in the manufacturing and exporting of school and office furniture. We are committed to providing a one-stop shopping for school furniture purchasing solutions for global schools.
Q3 : How soon can we get a sample of the product?
A3 : For most of the product, we have sample in stock, sample can be sent out to you within 1 week.
We can send the samples via international courier like FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT.
Q4:How long is your production lead time?
A4:It depends on product and order qty. Normally, it takes us 20 days for an order with MOQ qty 300 PCS.
Q5: Do you provide OEM developing services?
A5: Yes, we have plenty of experience in OEM developing. Customer's OEM project is welcome.
Q6:What is your payment term?
A6:Normally we accept payment term as 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. We also accept L/C at sight and PayPal !
Q7:Can we use our own shipping agent?
A7:Yes, you can. We had cooperated with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you, and you can compare the prices and service.
