Combination Quick Release Air Valve

Combination release air valve is cylinder shape valve. Main parts include stainless steel ball, stem and disc. Release air valve normally installed in the exit or the distribution of water pipeline to eliminate the air in the pipe. Release air valve can absorb the air in the valve when the pressure is negative in the pipe to avoid the damage of the pipe.

Installed on the outlet of the pump or water supply pipeline, relief the gas from the pipe and increase pipeline or water pump's efficiency. When the pipe is under negative pressure, release air valve is capable to inhale quickly by automatic, protecting pipeline's damage because of negative pressure. When injecting water inside pipeline, release air valve deck is opening, exhausting lots of air, the air release valve full of water without air, floating ball rises and drives clack off to stop exhaust. When conveying water as normal, if there is some air gather in the valve reach certain level, water level decrease, and the air exhaust by the hole. As the time water pump stops, water flows out or negative pressure comes out in the pipe, plug open quickly to suction air to ensure pipeline's safety.

Working Principle:
When injecting water into pipeline, the disc keep open to exhaust air; After the release air valve is full of water, then no air in release air valve, the ball will rise, which will drive the disc close. When the pipeline transit the water, the water level will fall if the little air gather into a certain amount, then the air will be exhausted through o-stile. But the plug will be opened quickly to absorb air when no water or negative pressure in the pipes after closing the pump, to keep the pipeline safe.
