The single-column hydraulic press is a multi-functional medium and small hydraulic press. The bed is welded by steel plates and has a "["-shaped structure with good rigidity. The oil tank is integrally sealed, and the oil pump is connected as a whole through a coupling, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly. All parts of the machine are installed in the machine body, neat and beautiful in appearance, independent electrical control system, hydraulic system, reliable work, intuitive action and convenient maintenance. Through the selection of the operation panel, two molding processes of fixed stroke and constant pressure can be realized, and the working pressure and stroke can be adjusted freely according to the process requirements.
This series of single-column hydraulic presses are suitable for the straightening of shaft parts and profiles, the pressing of bearings and sleeve parts, the bending and embossing of sheet metal parts, and the stamping and stretching of simple parts. It can also be used for assembly lines in machine tools, internal combustion engines, textile machinery, shafts, bearings, washing machines, automobile motors, air-conditioning motors, electrical appliances and other industries.
Hydraulic Pressing Machine
The body of this series of hydraulic presses is a "C" type single-arm structure, using steel plate CO2 protective welding, after welding, through tempering aging treatment. The hydraulic system is located in the fuselage, and the working range can be expanded by using three-sided space.
