1. The self-compacting concrete L-type instrument is mainly used to evaluate the penetration of self-compacting concrete, that is, the ability to pass through dense steel bars.
The mold used in the self-compacting concrete L-shaped instrument mainly includes an L-shaped box made of steel plate, a partition
movable door, and a removable steel mesh.
2. Test method of self-compacting concrete L-type instrument
3. Place the L-shaped flow meter on a level, solid surface, and close the movable door of the partition.
4. Wet the inside of the mold with water, wipe off the water, and then fill the vertical part of the box with concrete samples.
5. Let stand for 1 min (minutes)
6. Lift the movable door so that the concrete flows through the steel bars into the horizontal box. At the same time, press the stopwatch to record the time it takes for the concrete to flow through the steel mesh to the edge of the horizontal beam.
7. When the concrete stops flowing, observe whether the concrete has a height difference on both sides of the steel mesh, that is, whether it is leveled.
8. The entire test process must be completed within 5 minutes (minutes).
