A3: Yes, of course. We charge you mold fee for making mold and producing samples. After your approval of samples, we shall start mass production.
Q4: How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?
A4: We will email you about the tracking number directly once the goods are shipped.
Q5: Should I need to pay mold cost next time we reorder?
A5: No, we will keep the molds for at least 2 years, during the time you can reorder without any mold fee unless the mold is damaged.
