PROCESSING STAGE OF DRIED SOPHORA JAPONICA FLOWER
Here are the steps to make dried sophora japonica flower, yellow stars:
Step 1: Harvest sophora japonica flowers. Harvest when the inflorescence is large, the bud is as big as a grain of rice. If harvested when the buds are young or have bloomed into flowers, the yield is low.
Step 2: Squeeze the sophora japonica flower buds. After harvesting, remove the leaves and stems, only the sophora japonica flower buds.
Step 3: Star smile. Bring the sophora japonica flower buds through until the essential oil of the flower is fragrant and turns yellow-green.
Step 4: Dry the sophora japonica flower bud until it's crisp and dry.
