The material diameter must be less than 6mm and moisture is about 10%.
The raw material piled density is 60-350 kg/m.

1.Heat Ring
The heat ring of our wood briquette machine is stainless steel. which the inner part is electric heating wire.For our newly designed biomass briquette machine, the heat ring is increased from 6 rings to 7 rings, that can make the surface of briquettes smoother than before. There are three sets of heat rings, and the temperature is more than 350 °C.
