1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs, but we can accept lower quantity for your trial sample order. Please let me know how many piece you need, and we can calculate the cost correspondingly.
2.How about to get samples?
Sample charge is refundable when the order is up to certain quantity. Samples usually will be delivered by UPS, DHL, FEDEX or TNT under your ID account or by collected, or we can prepay the cost for you, you could pay for us through Alibaba as trade assure order.
3.How long is the lead time of sample?
For existing samples, it will take 2-3days, and samples are free. But if you want your own design, for screen printing or new colors etc, it will take 5-7days.
4.How long is the production time ?
It takes around 20- 30 working days for MOQ, our capacity is 30000pcs per days, so we can ensure the fast delivery time for large orders.
5.What should I do if I want my own design?
Usually need AI or PDF version to make a clear and beautiful logos or printings; for mould opening products, we can make 3D drawings for you for free as long as the project was confirmed. But if you only have a simple picture or photo instead of original file, we can also help you to make the design,Because we have the professional design team.
6.What is your payment terms ?
Normally, T/T 30% deposit + 70% balance before shipping. payment through Alibaba Trade Assurance order. So that is to 100% protect your Money.
