1.Do You Offer OEM/ODM Service? Yes, we have rich experience in offering OEM/ODM service. Including label, packaging etc.
2.How About The Shipping Cost? Usually provide existing sample for checking quality. A little bit sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable after place order. Customer bears the sample freight.
3.How Long Is The Sample Lead Time? Usually 7-10 days for sampling to EU, AU or USA. It depends on the logistic company.
4.Can The Price Be Cheaper? It's negotiable.
5.Why Do You Charge Sample Fee? We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our bear costs. Once you pay the sample free, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say ok, it is perfect .
6.How Much Is The Sample Fee? Usually it is usd$10-50 per pc. The sample fee will be higher if there are many embroideries or printing.
7.How About The Payment? When order value is less than $1000 full payment should be paid. When order value is over $1000 it is 30% deposit, balance before shipment. |
