Properties :

Applications :

1.Substrate treatment: Substrates must be clean, flat and its’ surface must be burly and not easy to peel. Rubbing treatment is indispensable sometimes.

2. Spilling: Coating the glue with brush or drawknife on both side of the bonding substrate.

3. C oating amount : if glue on the non porous surface, such as the mental surface, t he gluing quantity is about 150 ~ 200 g / ; and if on the porous surface , t he gluing quantity is about 200 ~ 3 00 g /

4. B onding methods: after the surface treatment , uniform coating the glue on both sides , then keep in the room temperature 5-45mim, after the solvent drying out, compression joint.

1. Attention:

   1. I t is the great bonding time when the solvent dry out, finger touch, not stick.

   2. The surface pressure more popular, and the higher the amount of pressure, the better bonding effect

   3. solvent based glue, no smoking and fire when construction, keep the air circulation, and avoid the high temperature storage.

   4. in high temperature, water in the air easy to condense on the surface of the glue, cause the low bonding strength, but it can use machine to solve this problem.

   5. avoid with organic solvent after bonding, or it will be solved.

   6. seal the container after using, if the viscosity increase, join the toluene, and mixed evenly before use.

   7. Do not use this under temperature 10℃ , if the temperature is low, use in the available time.
