V-1 Flame Retardant:
Flame retardants reduce the risk of a fire starting and the risk of the fire spreading. This leaves more time for people to escape and firefighters to respond. And from lowest to highest classifications, there are V-0 to V-2 flame retardant.
By using the
nylon material
to perfectly wrap the cooper wires, instead of commonly used PVC materials, our wire harness achieves the classification of V-1 flame retardant, increasing safety application at the utmost.
V-1: burning stops within 30 seconds on a vertical specimen; drips of particles allowed as long as they are not inflamed.
Universal Fitment:
Shenzhen Nova made wire harness is compatible with all vehicles that use a 10-30 volt DC power source. Basically any car battery will work on this wiring harness. Just connect your LED light bar to your battery and flip the switch.
3 Meters of Wiring:
3 Meters equals to approx. 118 inch, or say 9.8 feet. The length of this auto wire harness will allow you to mount your LED light bar to nearly anywhere you want. Just run the harness from the battery to your desired lighting location.
Early Burnout Protection:
Dual or single row LED light bars are expensive and in all cases should be protected against early burnouts. Our automobile wire harness achieve this by using the infused 16 gauge (AWG) cables that better control against voltage spikes and heat. The last line of defense against is the included 40A relay and 30A blade fuse.
Weather Resistant Protection:
Our assembly wire harnesses are IP67 rated and can withstand any rain and moisture while still powering on. Ideal for outdoor use. RLX-1 and RLX-2 auto applications wire harnesses are for those looking for a heavy duty harness that's as rugged as their 4X4 / sandrail.
