USES for sandblasting hose
CHARACTERISTICS:
The inner layer is wear-resisting and the outet layer is good at anti-aging and wear-resistance.The burst pressure of the hose is 4 times or more higher than the working pressure.
Stuctures of sand blast hose
Tube:
the mixture of polyurethane and butyl rubber, adding special reinforcing agent, making the hose highly resistant to abrasion.
Reinforcement:
there are two types of Reinforcement: 1. multiple layers of high tensile tire fibric or cotton cloth, 2. high tensile fiber braided type, to make it meet for your wroking pressure requirements.
Cover:
natural rubber or neoprene, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone and aging.
