A: We have quality control plan to control every step of the production. From material to packing, every step has 2 person together finishes. One do, another inspect.
3. Q:How can I believe your quality is good?
A: Our brand sterling is our mission, we did emphases quality firstly and dedicate to be a high rank brand. From our production details, you can get to know we are like what we did. Furthermore, we can offer you free samples for checking, and after bulk production, we can supply you the production sample.
4. Q: Can I get a free sample?
A: Yes,we always prepare sample for customer get to know our quality, the regular piece sample is free.
5. Q: How can I start to order?
A: Firstly, you can talk online with our sales rep. most of them are very experienced to guide you from your request to a price offer. If the price benefits you, we can offer you samples to test the quality. After, you can discuss delivery time, logo print, package etc, until every details is fine, you can place the order.
6. Q: What is your general leading time?
A: Normally, we can offer 1000pcs/day, but plus preparation, basically we need 7days. However from preparation to finish, 7days we finish around 5000pcs; 15days we can finish 10000pcs. However you need confirm the delivery time with sales rep before order.
7. Q:How to ship my order?
A:You can choose air, sea, and express service. For urgent order commodity G.W is more than 100kgs, air is best choice; our forwarder cover Door to Door air service. If commodity G.W.is less than 100kgs, express is more economic. If you have no urgent need, you can chose sea shipping, it save cost for you.
8. Q:Do you take responsibility to the production you sold us?
A:We guarantee our quality before shipping, and take responsibility to every piece we produced. If really, sometimes, your received indeed problem produce, if it is our production problem after investigation, we will take 100% responsibility, or credit, or replace
