The heavy hammer crusher is an upgraded version of the ordinary hammer crusher, which can easily crush materials into fine particles at one time to achieve large-scale production.

We have combined the advantages of hammer crushers, jaw crushers and impact crushers to develop two series of heavy-duty hammer crushers, PCZ and PCX. These stone crushers are specially designed to crush brittle materials with a hardness of no more than 200 MPa and a moisture content of no more than 15%, such as limestone, dolomite, bluestone, coal, coal gangue, etc.

The PCZ heavy hammer crusher has a larger feed size (≤1,000 mm). The discharge particle size is fine. The capacity can reach 3,000 t/h, which is three times that of the impact crusher, making it an ideal choice for large-scale crushing production lines.

PCX series is an integrated impact crushing and shaping machine, used as secondary crushing and shaping in large production lines. The maximum feed size is 300 mm. The maximum capacity is 1,200 tons/hour and the output size is fine (within 40 mm).

The structure of the heavy hammer crusher

The hammer crusher consists of the bearing, main chassis, axle, hammers, turntable, impact liner, and other components. Its main working part is the rotor with hammers. The rotor consists of the main shaft, disk, pin roller, and hammers.

Working Principle

The motor makes the rotor rotate quickly in the crushing cavity, while the materials are put into the crusher, and then crushed by the hammers. There is a sieve plate at the bottom of the rotor. By adjusting the grate gap, the output size can be changed. The crushed material whose size is below the mesh size will be discharged through the sieve plate, while whose size is larger than the mesh size will be continuously ground by the rotor, and finally crushed.
