Product Description
OEM plastic mould making/plastic tool making
1. Purpose: for producing plastic TPR breast pump ball mould
2. Be suitable for: plastic TPR material
3. Mould working theory: The solid plastic particle material goes to the hopper, and the material is heated and get melt in the hot injection barrel (the plastic injection barrel is heated), and then the melt liquid plastic material goes to the nozzle, from nozzle then goes to the cold plastic mould (the plastic mould is colded), in the mould the plastic material get solid again and mold parts. This is a physical changes and the plastic scrape CAN be recycled again.
