1.What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 500-2000pcs. But if we have stock,100-500pcs is also accpetable for trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hope you can place large orders after satisfying for the quality and service of our products.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide ready samples for free. But some customized samples charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when buyers place order.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have a carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our Paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 3-5 workdays to reach.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For ready samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs
whether they need a new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will respond fast to your request. 4.How long is the production lead time? It takes 30 days for more than 500pcs order. We have a large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantities.
5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Usually, AI file is needed.If for making the new mold, 3D file is needed.
6.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
