1 What is your advantage on vintage leather armchair?
--Leather is one of our main advantages. Our Defaico has our own tanning leather workshop. All raw leather material is selected from Brazil imported top cow leather, after hand-grinding and moistureproof &antifouling processed, all Defaico leather is with natural texture, soft feeling, wear well and with retro/vintage taste. Thickness of leather is approximately 1.0-1.2mm.
2 What is your leather type used on vintage armchair?
--We have two types of leather used on vintage armchair:
Archaize Leather: with crack effect and well wear with more retro cracks.
Vintage Leather: a little softer feeling with handcfrafted leather texrure.
3 Do you accept customization?
--Yes, sure. we accept furniture customization.
For bar chair, we can change leather color, bar chair or account chair, wood color, metal base color as clients’ requirements. But MOQ for customized order is 10pcs per model.
4 Can you design total bar or restaurant project for client if client buy bar chair from you?
--Yes, sure.
If client send their restaurant or bar drawings to our Defaico, we can make all furniture decoration for clients, such as bar chair, dining chair, dining table, booth seating, leisure chair and so on.
5 How about your delivery time normally?
--Production time is about 25-35 days after order confirmation normally.
Urgent order can be discussed.
6 What is your payment method?
--Normally our payment method is 50% deposit after order confirmation, and 50% balance before shipping by TT, we also accept paypal, western union, alibaba trade assurance if clients have requirements.
7 Do you supply shipping service?
--Yes, we can supply shipping to port or to door based on clients’ requirements, because we have our own shipping agents in China, different agent has different advantage based on different countries.
