Advantage of UV DTF:
Save time, reduce manufacturing cost, produce any quantity even 1 piece, waterproof, high temperature resistance, scratch resistance, high fastness, no glue and no waste discharge.
Applications Materials: Hard materials such as glass, leather, mobile phone case, metal, marble, acrylic, etc. Except fabrics, almost all materials can be pasted. The most prominent application: It can be applied to curved surfaces and surfaces with a large drop. It fully solves the limitation of UV direct spray on curved surfaces and large drop surfaces.
Usage of UV DTF Printing:
I. Fix the pre-coated film A onto the UV printer, tear off the protective paper of picture printing film A;
II. Print the designed pattern on the pre-coated film A (Picture printing film).
III. Dry the printed film for a few minutes.
IV. Use a laminating machine (or a squeegee scraper tool), paste the pre-coated film B onto the film A.
V. Heat the laminated film with a heat press or other equipment to make sure the adhesive is fully activated.
VI. Tear off the release liner or B film and stick the printed A film directly onto your product.
Remarks: The B film must be covered with a matte surface and a glue surface. Otherwise, it won't tear off. The film temperature is 120℃ (248℉), the slower the better.
