Main Parts of carbonization charcoal kiln

1.Part one:Outer Stove:

Includes heating chamber ,furnace body and heat-keeping layer (it is made of the heat insulating material,used for keeping the heating.)

2.Part two:Inner Stove:

Consists of the stove tank body and sealed top tap.Both of them are made of the heat resistance thermal steel. And the three carbonzation basket can be stack together,easy for loading and transporting,and it will save a lot of space and transport charge.

3.Part three: Purification Tank :

This system is consisting of purification tank and the exhausted-heated cycle pipe.And smokeless purification tank are used for purify the smokeless(can not burning)and filter the wood tar.The smokeless through the purification tank will become water vapor,and not pollute the air.

4.Part four:Hoisting Equipment:

It include the steel hoisting frame and the E-hoisting.And it is easy for loading and unloading the stove.Also,it can reduce labor intensity and avoid the high-temperature burn when lift the carbonization basket.

The wood charcoal metal carbonization kiln  is a new designed machine for changing the wood

of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the

stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced

during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in

drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the
