This 12' X 20' Valance top cover fits a 10 'X 20' high peak, "A" shaped frame.
The "extra 2 feet" is needed in order to cover a high peak (also know as "A" shaped) frame.
Our Valance top cover is the recommended and preferred covering material for all party tents. The cover can change the look of your tent to suit your next event/party without spending too much. Our valance covers are heavy-duty tarps with an extra flap on all four sides to go over the edges of a canopy frame. The valance cover provides a little extra coverage and allows you to create a full enclosure when used with sidewalls and front and back walls. Each tarp features grommets every 18 inches and pull ties at all four corners, which tighten the cover for a more secure fit. Valance tarps are waterproof, rot-proof, and UV resistant.
