Automatic Linear sander line/ Profile sander/Line sander
Production introduction:
Applicable to all kinds of materials of linear shape strips, fit for before or after painting, also can use for flat surface, curved surface's sanding and polishing.
Door frame line, base board, molding, photo frame line or flat bar for baby bed or some other special shaped line.
The feeding speed can reach to 8~42m/min, high efficient. Sanding head is inverter controlled, fit for different sanding requirement.
The machine is equipped with automatic compensation device, for the consumption of the wheel to the actual work piece sanding length to set the parameter. Accurate compensation, reduce the cumbersome manual compensation.
Each part of teh sanding groups can rotate according to the actual shape of workpiece+-90 degree
Use the aside wheels type pressing device to press the work piece to prevent movement during sanding. Also can re-correc the bending deflection of the work pieces.
