The FRO Automatically purifying water filters equipment is made with reverse osmosis membranes, it has the characteristic as
follows:
1). Imported parts over 90%;
2). Well (Finish) water conductivity ≤10 μs/cm;
3). Fully-auto system, auto stop when water is full and auto start when no water;
4). Auto backwash, IC microcomputer control system, auto backwash RO film, raw water and well(finished) water conductivity is
displayed on line;
5). Reverse osmosis desalination rate≥99%, system desalination rate≥97%, filtrating rate of organic maters, colloids and bacteria
≥ 98%

FULUKE RO Industrial Water Filter

When used for disposing industrial water, the reverse osmosis device does not consume large amounts of acids and alklis, and there is no secondary.
High operation automation degree. It is unattended. The machine will automatically stop in case of water sufficiency and automatically start in case of no water. Timed flushing of front filtering materials by automatic controller. Automatic flushing of reverse somosis film by IC microcomputer controller.
The Function of Each Part
1.Quartz Sand
Raw water into the filter for a simple mechanical filter, mainly to remove suspended solids in water, colloidal particles and
other large impurities in the water when the water pressure and the pressure difference over 10Psi (0.7kg/cm2) or water SDI> 5.

2.Active Carbon
Activated carbon is used wood, coal, shell (nuclear) and other carbonaceous material made by chemical or physical method
activation. It has a very large number of pores and specific surface area, which has a strong physical adsorption capacity, the
effective adsorption of organic pollutants in water. Primarily to remove organic matter in raw water, chlorine, odor, color, etc.,
so that the original residual chlorine in water ≤ 0.1mg / l, effective protection of RO membrane from chlorine damage to parts of
activated carbon typically 12 to 18 months to replace a The main residual chlorine as determined in raw water.

3.Softener
Get rid of the Calcium and Magnesium,which made the water hard.It use ion exchange resin to change the hardness ion.

4.Membrane
has a low operating pressure (low pressure compared with conventional composite reverse osmosis membranes operating pressure
reduced by about 25% -40%), while maintaining high desalination rate.
