1. what is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2. Can we provide sample ?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a lttle sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3. How long is the sample LEAD TIME?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 3-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

4. How long is the production lead time? It takes 10-15 days for MOQ.

5. How much is the freight charge?

To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.

6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, Al, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.

What in a simple system

What shall I get?

- The software will be supplied to you in FREE.
- With the help of software, you will finish setting up the hotel lock easily..and in the reception of hotel, the hotel staff will make the room card for guest.
- Then the guest get the room card and walk to the right room, swipe the card to the lock for unlocking, then insert the card to Energy saving switch to get the power if required.
- As a manager, you can get the daily/monthly/yearly report with the software.
- Also, the data collector will help you to get the preserve records from lock and read them on PC.
- Preserve the latest 256 records of door opening circularly. Knowing about the dynamic at any moment.

Guest card: Reception complete program Guest card by give a begin and expiry date for a room(rooms). Guest access room by read this card on lock

Master card:Hold by housekeeping to access to all rooms of hotels

Floor card: Hold by clean staff to enter the rooms in one floor.

Building card: Hold by manager to enter the rooms in one building

Passage card: Once this card been read on one door, this door could be acceess by without reading keycard

Emergency card: Enter the all rooms
