Product Ingredients:

Water-based formula: Using water as the main component, environmentally friendly and odorless, in line with European environmental standards.

Polymer emulsions: Contain polymer emulsions that provide excellent adhesion and durability.

Additives: Contains special additives to improve bonding properties and ensure excellent adhesion on different materials.

Anti-mildew agent: Some products may add anti-mildew agent, effectively prevent the growth of mold and bacteria, make the glue more durable.

Characteristic

Emulsion white adhesive has many outstanding advantages including high good initial viscidity and strong bonding strength, drip-dry, acid-resistant, good anti-frozen ability.

It also has long lasting pliability and match up to environmental requirement.

Water Resistance	The adhered boards keep stable after immersing in 102°C boiled water for 8 hours. The adhered boards also keep stable after immersing in water in normal temperature for 240 hours

Application

The product is widely used to bond leather, making plywood, paper, cloth, complex board, color printing carton and wood skin etc.

Other features:

Fast curing: The glue cures quickly after application, speeding up the bonding process and improving work efficiency. No shrinkage: It will not shrink during the curing process to ensure a firm bonding. Water resistance: It has certain water resistance and is suitable for use in humid environment. High temperature resistance: Some products may have certain high temperature resistance, suitable for some high temperature environments.

Storage

The product should be kept in tightly closed contains, protect from freezing and strong heat, and it should be used within 3
months whenever possible. The recommended normal storage temperature is between 0℃～40℃.
