1、 Product Usage:
The flange solenoid valve is suitable for automatic control of liquid level, concentration, flow rate, metering, or discharge circulation using water, liquid, or gas as the medium. It is a two position on/off switch with two ports, normally closed or normally open.
2、 Structure:
1. Direct acting diaphragm structure, quick opening, no pressure start, wide range of use, commonly used for specifications with pressure within PN1.6MPa and diameter within DN50.
2. The pilot type secondary opening valve structure mainly consists of a pilot valve and a main valve, and the main valve adopts a rubber sealing structure. When in the normal position, the movable iron core seals the pilot valve port, the pressure inside the valve chamber is balanced, and the main valve port is closed. When the coil is energized, electromagnetic force is generated to attract the movable iron core, causing the medium in the main valve chamber to leak out from the pilot valve port, resulting in a pressure difference. The diaphragm or valve cup is quickly lifted, the main valve port opens, and the pipeline opens. It is often used in situations such as large caliber and unstable pressure,
