About Self-aligning roller bearing
According to the internal structure, the bearing is equipped with a spherical roller between the outer ring of the spherical raceway and the inner ring of the double raceway. It is divided into RRHRHA and SR four types because the circular center of the outer ring raceway is consistent with the bearing center, with aligning performance, so it can automatically adjust the axis error caused by the deflection of the shaft or the housing or different centers. Can accept radial load and two-way axial load. Especially the radial load capacity is large, suitable for bearing heavy loads and impact loads. Tapered bore bearings can be mounted and dismounted on the shaft by using fasteners or release sleeves. Aligning roller bearings can bear large radial load, but also can bear a certain axial load. The outer raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has aligning performance. When the shaft is bent or tilted by force, the relative inclination between the inner ring center line and the outer ring center line does not exceed 1° ~ 2.5°, the bearing can still work.
