Product Description
Conveyor belt hot vulcanizing glue
1. The belt and steel wire belt are peeled off with layered peeling hook and vice, and then the joint part is polished(four kinds of joint methods).
2. The hot vulcanizing glue is coated on the steel cord conveyor belt and the uncured tie gum and the uncured cover gum joint part.
3.The uncured tie gum is laid on the surface of the wire rope and the uncured cover gum is laid on the outer surface of the uncured tie gum and then pressed and vulcanized.
4. It is suggested that several knives should be cut on the uncured tie gum with wallpaper knife before vulcanization to avoid its bulging.

Application
Tips:
1. After the steel cord conveyor belt is peeled off and arranged,The angle grinder with tungsten carbide buffing disc is used for roundabout grinding of each layered part.
2. Use cleaning solvent to clean up the layered part after grinding, and apply the conveyor belt hot vulcanizing glue SK823 evenly to the grinding part.
3. Spreading the uncured tie gum on each layered part of the conveyor belt hot vulcanizing glue , and sticking the uncured cover gum on the sealing part of the joint.
