Product Application
1. Introduction:
Trenchless euiqpment, remote-controlled Slurry Balance Pipe-Jacking Tunneling Machine is a new advanced non-digging-equipment with high technology.
It combines multi-disciplinary technologies in one, such as the machinery units, hydraulic system, electric controller (including PLC), Laser system, measuring device, etc.
The trenchless equipment, besides the high efficiency, it also has no effect on the traffics on surface. Furthermore, it is good for the environment, and can lower the cost of the construction.
2. Application scope:
For trenchless underground pipe laying projects, eg. sewage, water supply, discharging projects, cables, tunnel.....
3. Specifications:
-3.1 Fit in soft soil, clay, sandy soil, gravel soil, hard soil, etc. wide range of soil body.
-3.2 Breakage ability strong, breakage particle size and number more.
-3.3 With independence water and slurry injection system and washing clean device for cutter in particular;fit for big N value hard soil.
-3.4 Jacking speed is very fast, theory max, speed is 120mm per min.
-3.5 Operation precision high, adjust the direction from up and down, left and right, Max. corrective angle is 2.5 degree.
-3.6 jacking distance can be long.
-3.7 Adopt ground operation system, safe, intuition and convenient!
-3.8 Structure firm, use and maintain easy, convenient for dismantling in work tunnel receiving tunnel.
