Headlock

The main function of headlocks is self control of dairy cows, reduce labor intensity, can easily carry out routine examination, immunity, artificial insemination, pregnancy examination, treatment, chamfering and calving veterinary treatment activities on dairy cows.

Setting different sizes headlock according to the different size of dairy cow headlocks and cattle age , in the locked state, the cows can be comfortable clamped, eat freely; in the open state, cow can move freely; headlocks can be locked or released all feed cows, and can also lock a head or a few cows, when there is an emergency, can release the cow quickly by forward open or reverse open headlocks, linkage handles are available every 18 meters. Whole hot-dip galvanizing, the galvanized layer is more than 80um.

Working principle: Headlocks main frame is hinged with a movable clamp, a guide groove on the clamp top, a bolt is in the guide groove, the bolt are covered with nylon sheath, the movable clamp make no noise when open and shut, prevent the cow to be frightened.The upper part of the main frame has a lock rod, and a linkage wrench is welded on the lock rod.The upper horizontal bar is fitted with a lock rod support above each cow, which serves as a supporting role for the lock rod and plays a limiting role for the movable clamp rod.The locking device is installed at each lock rod for each cow,  the lock device includes two lock blocks.

When the cow head stretched across the neck lock to gather the food, the upper part of the movable clamping rod guide groove drives the piston rod block into the locking device and locked, cow head can not return, be locked in the feed area, cattle lock realize self-locking function.The release is also simple, and can be unlocked individually or in batch. Move the  lock blocks to unlock single cow. Rotate the linkage to release the cow in batch. Linkage wrench can control 18 meters.

1), Varied headlock texture :

1,4. 6m8 cows —750mm headlock, The steel pipe material is 50*50*3mm hot-dip galvanized square pipe with upper and lower horizontal bars, vertical rod and movable rod for 42mm*3mm hot galvanized circular pipe ;

2,4.6m10 cows —600mm headlock ,6m12 cow 500mm headlock. The self-locking headlocks steel pipe material for the upper and lower bar is 50*50*3mm hot dip galvanized pipe, the vertical rod and the rod diameter of 32mm*3mm hot galvanized circular pipe ;

3, The reinforced column is Q235 100*50*3mm galvanized pipe, and the whole hot dip galvanizing treatment;

4, With self-locking function, can lock each cow separately , can be automatically rese t.

2), Processing Standard

There are no sharp corners, cutting edges, burrs for all cattle contact. The corners are circular arc transition, all steel pipes are smooth, the inner arc has no corrugation, the outer arcs are not pulled, and the bending parts do not appear obvious ellipse. The weld seam is solid and reliable, and the surface is neat. Clean welding slag and spatter welding, butt weld interface for full welding, weld butt weld width is larger than 3mm, the weld fillet height bigger than 4mm.

3) ,Installation standard:

The installation of all the facilities is strong and reliable, and does not cause deformation and fracture due to the collision of cows. Installed by holding card connection, single set stable, vertical, the whole installation clean, horizontal error less than 10mm in the range of one hundred meters, height error less than 5mm, all connectors, fasteners firmly and reliably, bolt strength is more than 4.8.

3) Function :

1. Self locking function, flexible operation of self locking system, convenient cow feeding and management.

2. A lock rod above the bar, a lock rod linkage wrench, control wrench to open or close  of the whole headlocks, can also open one cow headlock separately.

3. All the hot-dip galvanized steel pipe is used, the coating is penetrated into the pipe body, more than 80um, durable, and can not be rusty for 10 years

4. All the assembly connections are connected by special holding devices, and there is no welding part to prevent the corrosion of the steel pipe and ensure the service life.

5. There is a reverse open function. When a cow is ill and can't lift its head, the staff can open the movable clamp by manual method
