1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer factory.
2. Q: Where is your factory? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory loacates in Nanhai District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province,China. You can come here by air/train/subway/bus/car.
3. Q: What’s your MOQ for products?
A: 200 pcs.
4. Q: What’s your sample policy ? May I get your sample for free?
A: You need to pay the sample fee and ex-press freight collect as per our company regulation. But we will give you back if you make a big order.
5. Q:How many days do you need for making mould?
A: About 10-15 days .
6. Q: How many days for mass producing?
A: About 15-20 days. And we can speed up if urgently.
7. Q: Can you do OEM?
A: Yes, we can. Also ODM.
8. Q: What’s your price terms?
A: Always FOB price. Other ways also can be used.
30% deposit, the balance should be paid before delivery.
9. Q:Can you customize the goods as customers design?
A: Yes, we can. And you need to tell us some related information, if you can provide 3D pic is much better.
10. Q:How to place an order?
A:Email order details to us including Item No., quantity, size, price, destination countries, consignee’s information,etc. Then we will issue the Proforma Invoice with details within 24 hours.
11. Q:Can you print or stick my brand name /logo on these products?
A: Yes, we can.
12. Q: How about the products packing ?
A: Regular packing is 20pcs in one carton, and as different products and different size, we could arrange package as per customers’ requirements.
13. Q: How long will you deliver the goods?
A:Usually within 25-30 days,after 30% deposit received.
14. Q: Can you offer me discount ?
A: Yes. We have quantity discount.
15. Q:What should we do if quality defects occurred after received the goods ?
A: Please kindly send us photos with detailed description by emails, we will solve it for you immediately, refund or exchange will be arranged once verified.
16. Q: What’s your product range?

17. Q:Do you have stock products to sell?
A: Normally, we work on products custmers order. Sometimes, we have some stock products as samples to sell.
