Q1: Is Silicone product Safe?
A: We use a 100% food grade silicone. We do not use any fillers what so ever. Fillers compromise the performance of the baking and
may break down from the heat. Our Silicone kitchenware are approved by SGS, and LFGB, so it's healthy and safe to use.
Q2. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order and it will be free samples for our stock samples to test and check quality. Mixed samples are
acceptable.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A: Stock Sample : 1-3days, mass production time needs 5-7 days
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for your products ?
A: For our stock products there has no MOQ limit, but for OEM products, the MOQ is 500~1000pcs.

A: For sample shipping is about 3-5 working days or 7-9 working days. We can provide various Shipping ways to our customers, air
shipping, sea shipping and so on.
