Overview of Automatic 5 Gallon Palletizer
This equipment adopts several new technologies such as servo motor drive, energy saving and high efficiency, and all actions, detection and control are controlled by microcomputer (PLC), which makes the machine more hygienic, safe and stable, and greatly reduces the occurrence of failures. The equipment is compact and occupies a lot of space. Small, simple and convenient to operate, so that the scope of application is wider. This equipment integrates automatic barrel feeding, stacking and stacking. The entire production process adopts closed operation. The whole machine is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel. The design is novel, the operation is simple, and the positioning is accurate. It is a five-gallon bottled water plant. The most ideal equipment to reduce labor and energy consumption.

Gantry type palletizer (manual board placement) The machine is fully automatic control, manual picking and placing of trays,automatic barrel feeding, automatic barrel grabbing and stacking, manual placing of partitions, and manual stacking. During production, a tray is manually taken and placed at the designated conveying position. The large buckets of water are bagged and transported by the conveyor, and arranged in a row (4 buckets per row, which can be customized according to customers) through the pneumatic mechanism, and the bucket grabbing mechanism grabs the large buckets of water. Pick and place it on the pallet, after one layer is coded, manually pick and place a partition and put it on the st ck, and then repeat the second layer. After stacking stack, it will be automatically unloaded (forklift fork away), and then enter the pallet - stack the bucket - take the partition... and repeat the stacking operation. One-man operation, simple and easy to maintain.
