Application:
WDP pea sheller is a special machine to peel the pea.
It has an excellent performance in peeling, the ratio of peeling is up to 95%.
It usually works with vibration sieve together to reach a high productivity of peas.
Working principle:
break skin by different speed of rotary drum and blades. The main shaft rotates at high speed, and the blades rotate fast in drum while drum rotates at low speed. The difference speed separates shell and pea meat instantly. This machine is designed by concentric shaft double speed which reaches high peel rate and low breakage.
