When temps fall below freezing, the electrical performance of lithium-ion batteries declines, and when conditions are cold(below -20℃) enough, they can fail to transfer any charge. So it is important to fit your LiFePO4 battery with heating pad. It will automatically heat up when the temperature gets below 0 ℃.
