1. Machine introduction:
1).Using PLC program control, using semi-closed warm air drying technology, drying water in operation, then the vacuum suction manipulator automatic packaging equipment controlled by servo motor completes the packaging link, realizing the one-stop process from teeth opening, cotton crushing, shaping, drying to packaging.
2).The cotton swabs produced by the small machine with wide teeth are transferred to the drying conveyor belt. The swabs are handed over smoothly and the produced swabs will not get stuck. The semi-automatic to automatic drying and packaging functions of the minicomputer are realized.
