Product Description
Processing Method
TPU shoe adhesive can be dissolved by Solvent. The formulation of solvent based adhesive we generally suggested is one-third (1/3) each of MEK, Acetone and Toluene. In general, it depends on the customer's requirement. If you require TPU shoe material with faster volatility, you can use more Acetone. If you would like to reduce the cost by Toluene, the Max. Toluene in solvent is 30% ~35%. If Toluene is not allowed, you can use EAC instead. As to the actual formulation of TPU shoe adhesive, it should be adopted according to the characteristics of solvent and every customer's needs.
