The fish filling we use is high quality Alaska Pollock from pacific ocean, with higher fish bone removal standard, which make it also more popular among kids and families.

Wrapped with our unique breadcrumbs, the fish fillets is much more crispy than any other products in the market after frying.

Cooking Methods:
- Simply deep fry it in 170-180℃ cooking oil for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Pan-fry it for 1-2 minutes each side over medium heat after thawing out thoroughly.
- Air-fry the product directly at 200℃ for 15-18 minutes.
