Wax

To guarantee the quality, we only use wax from famous manufacturers.

Candle Wick

For the production of smokeless tealight candles with long burning time, we only use tight flat braided cotton wicks. Sometimes, in order to meet some customers' special requirements of longer burning time, we even use ultra tight flat braided wicks.

Wick Coating Wax

The recipe of wick coating wax is dynamically adjusted according to the candle production environment temperature and the burning time requirements of customers.

Candle Dye

We only use high quality candle dye made in Japan or Germany. Good dye will not clog the wick and will fade quickly under sunlight.

Verification of Candle Dimension and Weight

We randomly choose candles to measure the candle dimension with vernier caliper and weight with electronic balance during the production. Photos are taken and sent to our customers.

Verification of Burning Time

We randomly choose candles to do burning tests. Photos are taken and sent to our customers.

Container Loading

To minimize the damage to the candles by rough handling, we usually load containers at the factory. During the loading, we take photos or arrange video inspection for customers who can not come to China to inspect the candles before shipping.

Wax Bead Spraying Drum

You may not know that white tealight candles are made by pressing machines which press wax beads into tealight. Good quality tealight candles should be dense in structure and not easy to crumble. The trick is with the size of wax beads and the working pressure of candle pressing machines. Our wax bead spray drum can adjust the diameter of wax beads when the wax changes to give you the best quality tealight candles.

Wick Waxing Machine

A good wick gives the life to tealight candle. The burning time depends on the combination of candle wax, wick size and the additives in the wick coating wax. Our wick waxing machine is to coat the cotton wick with a layer of wax so that the wicks would be rigid enough to be cut, tabbed and inserted into tealights.

Candle Filling Line

This line is 32 meters long, and is for the production of bright solid color tealight candles. With PLC controlling the wax injection time, all tealight candles are the same in weight and height. No wax spilling, no sink wells, no second pours. Fully automatic!  It churns out 6000-8000 pcs of 14-g tealight candle per hour.
