Butyl rubber, also be called "butyl", is a synthetic rubber, which can to be used with warm edgy spacer bar. It can stain its plasticity and will not be harden and crack while be used to seal glass in wide temperature range. Its excellent resistance to air aging and perfect adhesion prosperity also pay great effect on glass regidity. It will hold the anti-humidity system with elastic sealant due to its low vapor transmission property
While use it, please clean the surface, keeping it dry and free of dust and grease. While use it, any solvent should be avoided. If you want to achieve the condition of concrete, adjusting temperature and pressure is supported. The prederred range of temperature is 100 ℃ to 140 ℃ and operating enviroment temperature should be 18℃ or above. Before use it, glazing material compatibility and adhesion test is recommended.
