Automated hotel locking system introduction:
1. Automatically dispatch of codes trough sms and email. The guest will automatically receive a code when the payment has been received online, or you have forced access without payment. It also takes into consideration clean rooms and give away the rooms that are clean first. As soon as the cleaning-staff marks a room as clean the guest will receive the code.
2. Same code for entrance doors and the hotel-room. The entrance doors can also be fitted with a smart-door. This way the guests can check-in all the way to the room even if there is no hotel-personal on-site.
3. Automatically checkout. The guest will automatically checkout when time has passed his stay or cleaning-staff mark room as clean. This will also automatically remove the code from the locks
4. Smart app for the cleaning-staff. The cleaning-staff dont use papers, but his/her smartphone. This way they always have an updated list of what to clean (guests checking out, interval cleaning) etc. This also allows us to give out the room faster to new guests.
5. Smart app for maintanance crew. When the cleaning-crew finds something out of order. They can simply add maintenance tasks and the maintenance-crew uses their version of the app to checkout stuff to do.
6. 100% integration with OTA/GDS. When a booking comes trough booking.com it will be automatically added to the booking-system. Then the avaibility and prices will be feeded back to ensure that OTA's/GDS are in sync all the time.
7. Master codes - There are 5 mastercodes that works on all doors troughout the hotel, this are ment for the Hotel staff and works all the time. Its also possible to control all the doors (unlock) them from an application.
8. Short / Long term - works great with both businessplans.
9. Assignment of rooms - By implementing our own algorithms for coverages, we are able to assign all bookings to types so that there is no need for shuffling around guests to ensure fully booking capacity. This means that its a lot easier to get a 100% coverage-rate in periodes where the hotel is fully booked.
10. Mobile admin capability - If you are on the road and a guest call, almost all of the hotel-features can be controlled trough the application. This means that you can easilly change stay, room, etc without even being at the hotel.
