Feature of our coconut grater:
This machine is suitable for grinding block coconut meat pieces,and get the granular coconut meat.This machine consists of feed hopper,feed direction,blade,abrasive disc,shaft, bearing,hopper,belt pulley,motor,frame and other parts.It is made of full stainless steel and it has simple structure with advanced technology.
Working principle:
After cleaning materials or peeled (shelled) by man or hoist feed material into hopper. The material in the high-speed rotation of the disc cutter feed platen, the material into the hopper along a fixed spiral downward extrusion at the same time get the tooth thickness cut, grind, and finally small particles from the fixed flange and disc cutter gap falling out. You can adjust the gap flange and disc cutter obtained optimum crushing fineness of grind and production capacity.
