Bridge is the standard size for the Europe market, 87 x 56 mm with 5mm radius corners. So if you are buying a Promotional player some personalized playing cards make sure you get them the right size.

1). What Materials will be Used for Cards ?
A layered playing card stock is produced by putting two of sheets of card together and laminating them into one sheet. The laminate makes the playing card much stronger and more durable than normal paper and card. Between the two layers, there was an extra black(or white, grey,blue) sheet in the middle of the two white sheets to make sure there is no possibility of any show through. This playing card material has a smooth finish and is a standard playing card thickness.

2). What about the Card Surface Finishing ?
A), The normal playing cards or Poker are Gloss Coated as standard. This gives them extra durability, this is how playing cards get there nice feel and the ability to move smoothly so you can fan, shuffle and deal with ease.
B), Made with the same process as above using thicker material, Linen & textured finish. This helps the playing cards move more evenly so the user can control the playing cards with ease and make slight of hand tricks a breeze.
Otherwise, Matt lamination, Embossing, Gold/Silver foil are also available.

3). What Material will be Used for Packing Box ?
We box all our Promotional Playing cards in paper tube boxes as standard. We have single and twin boxes available. We can also make personalized tuck boxes. These start at 500 packs and are printed full color and can be Gloss or Matt Laminated. As Bridge is played using two packs we have single or double personalized boxes to choose from.
Personalized playing card boxes are normally made from 280 gsm silk cardboard, and custom design printed on the outside in Full Colors.

4). How to Design My Cards and Box?
Playing cards make a wonderful gift for any Player. We can set up any design for you; all you have to do is supply the pictures or logo plus the wording required. We do the rest for you! We will always send a proof for you to check before any printing. All orders must be approved before printing.

Once you have placed your order we can supply you with a PDF template to help you create your own personalized playing card box. Supply your logo, pictures and text and we will create your artwork free of charge.
