1. Q: What is tinplate? Are printed tins safe for food?
A: Tinplate is the steel coated with a fine layer of tin for tin protective purposes.
Tinplate is a high quality safe packaging material for food items, such as cookies candies, chocolate, etc. A food grade lacquer is coated on the inside of the tin to prevent corrosion and interaction of the tin with the food products and thus make it suitable for food storage.
2. Q: If I need to customize new mold, who pays for it?
A: For our existing molds, you can use them for free. To customize new mold, you need to pay this fee.
3. Q: Can we get some samples? Any charges?
A: Yes, customized sample will be charged according to your requirements, we also
offer free sample for you to check quality, but we do not cover the shipping cost.
4. Q: How long can I get a sample and how long is the mass production lead time?
A: Sample time: 3-5days and production lead time is usually about 30 working days.
5. Q: How do you print on the tins? Is it screened or offset printed?
A: Metal decoration is an offset printing process utilizing CMYK colors. Print is done
on large metal first, then slitting into smaller piece for stamping and formation.
6. Q: What artwork file formats are acceptable?
A: The most popular acceptable software for artwork design is CDR and AI. PDF and PSD are also welcome. The resolution should be no less than 300 dpi.
7. Q: Do you ship to different countries?

8. Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don't satisfy your quality, how will you do?
A: Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be the same as samples.
